Dosage Guide

Commonly referenced research dose ranges for the catalog. Tap any peptide to load it into the calculator with its typical vial size.

Before you draw

  • Pick your water volume first. Smaller vials (2–10 mg) are usually mixed with 1–2 mL of bacteriostatic water; larger vials (NAD+, Epithalon 50 mg) may take 2–5 mL. More water = lower concentration = a larger, easier-to-measure draw.
  • Use a U-100 insulin syringe. It reads in 100 units per mL, so every calculation here maps 1:1 to the syringe marks.
  • Start low. The ranges below are starting points commonly cited in research contexts — begin at the bottom of a range and adjust gradually.
  • IU vials work differently. HGH and hCG are measured in IU, not mg — the calculator switches to IU math automatically when you select them from the catalog.

Quick-Reference Dosage Chart

Micrograms per 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe, by vial size and water added. Double the draw for double the dose.

Example: a 5 mg vial mixed with 2 mL of water gives 250 mcg per 10 units — a 500 mcg dose is a 20-unit draw. For IU products (HGH, hCG), use the calculator, which switches to IU math.
